A Full New Build

A large project, involving a complete knock down and rebuild on site. We held frequent site meetings enabling the team to meet all client’s requirements and make the build as personalised as possible.

The new house now comprises of four bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a family bathroom, a downstairs WC and utility with a large kitchen and family room. Using ‘Residence Seven’ windows with a wood-grain effect provided a more established, classic look rather than a super modern image.

We also redeveloped the garden employing a local landscape architect.

The driveway was specially designed to fit the space and deal with the height change from the road to the house level, to keep inline with the other houses on the street.
