Terrace Front With Driveway

Tiled stairs from the street level to the house, with a side ramp access with freestanding glass balustrades, the upper area is tiled with large granite slabs. We built an underground storage below the porch for bikes. Implemented planters following the stairs down to add colour and soften the elevations. Designed and fitted a custom porch and door to replace the aged existing entrance as seen bellow.

Initially having install piled foundations to support the house while the excavation of the garden took place, excavating three metres deep to street level for us to be able to put in a the resin driveway and the stepped path up.
